We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Download course content except where explicitly permitted

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Doraviontelas, we encourage you to first contact us directly at support@doraviontelas.com to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to working with you to reach a fair solution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall be limited to the dispute between you and Doraviontelas individually.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to when using specific features of the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doraviontelas regarding your use of our services.
