This Refund Policy explains how Doraviontelas handles refund requests for our educational services and digital products. We are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the specified timeframe for your particular purchase type and meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Course Purchases
2.1 Standard Refund Period
For individual course purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have:
- Accessed less than 20% of the course content
- Not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- Not completed any graded assessments or exams
2.2 Extended Access Courses
Courses purchased with lifetime or extended access follow the same 14-day refund window with the additional requirement that no course updates or bonus materials released after purchase have been accessed.
2.3 Bundle Purchases
Course bundles or learning paths are eligible for refund within 14 days if less than 20% of content across all included courses has been accessed. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal if:
- Less than 5 courses have been started
- Total viewing time is less than 3 hours
- No certificates have been earned or downloaded
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
3.3 Trial Periods
Free trial subscriptions that convert to paid subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of conversion if minimal usage occurred during the trial and paid period combined.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
- Certification exam fees after the exam has been attempted
- One-on-one tutoring or mentoring sessions that have been conducted
- Live webinar or workshop tickets after the event has occurred
- Custom or personalized learning plans that have been created
- Gift cards or promotional credit
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide your order number or transaction ID
- Specify the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the applicable refund window
5.2 Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days.
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact support immediately. We will work to resolve technical problems before considering a refund. Refunds for technical issues may be granted if we are unable to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
6.2 Accidental Purchases
Accidental or duplicate purchases may be refunded if reported within 48 hours and before any content has been accessed.
6.3 Course Discontinuation
If we discontinue a course you have purchased, you will receive either a full refund or equivalent credit toward another course of your choice.
7. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds for discounted items will be processed at the amount actually paid, not the original price.
8. Corporate and Bulk Purchases
Corporate licenses and bulk purchases for teams or organizations are subject to separate refund terms specified in the corporate agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact our enterprise support team.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
10. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to:
- Excessive refund requests
- Completing courses and then requesting refunds
- Downloading materials before requesting refunds
- Violating our Terms of Service
Accounts found to be abusing our refund policy may be subject to suspension or termination.
11. Currency and Fees
Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction. Any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or payment processing fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. If your financial institution charges fees for receiving refunds, those fees are your responsibility.
12. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
